HKS Investment has rapidly expanded its footprint in the franchise sector through a strategic partnership with a trusted friend. We currently hold equity in four high-performance Pizzabakeren locations, with a focus on operational efficiency and local market leadership.

PB Hokksund First Location

Established 2023

Hokksund marked the beginning of our journey in the Pizzabakeren franchise. Hokksund was our first Pizzabakeren acquired after Triaden. Today, the branch has 9 employees. Since 2023, Hokksund has delivered record-high sales alongside strong customer satisfaction. The team consists of employees ranging in age from 17 to 60. Since taking over, the branch has shown stable growth, and as of today, revenue has increased by 30%. It serves as the flagship model for our operational standards. As we expanded and opened more branches, we hired a dedicated branch manager in 2025.

PB Holmen Second Location/Branch

Established 2024

Located in the bustling Holmen center, this location features our most modern kitchen fit-out to date. Holmen was our second Pizzabakeren we acquired. Today, the branch has 13 employees. Holmen has achieved increased revenue despite the opening of Pizzabakeren Asker just a few kilometers away.

PB Stabekk Third Location/Branch

Opening 2025

Stabekk is our third branch and currently has 11 employees. This location handles the highest number of deliveries. Our motto is to never say no to deliveries. We have seen an 8% increase in revenue, even though we have only owned the branch for half a year.

PB Mjøndalen Fourth Location/Branch

Established 2024

Mjøndalen is the newest addition to our portfolio and has 17 employees. We are currently working on establishing a collaboration with the local football club, as we strongly believe in building relationships and giving back to the local community.
